Our Story.

Gouldsmith Acquisitions was founded in April of 2020 by Noah Gouldsmith. For over 10 years Noah had worked in the Theatre, TV and Film industries as a professional dancer/actor. In 2020 when covid-19 rocked the world, the company that Noah had been working for closed its doors overnight. With the entire entertainment industry closed until further notice, Noah decided to adapt to the times and go after something new. Ever since Noah was a young man he had a passion for real estate. In the early 2000’s, Noah watched his uncle have great success in the real estate industry, and in high school he helped his grandfather rehab rental properties. Now, Noah is purchasing several properties throughout the Kansas City metro each year to renovate, resell or hold as rentals. Noah has a passion for helping people and watching neglected properties become homes again.
